Automatic Transmission Range Selector Lever Link Adjustment (Terrain)

- Remove the engine control module bracket. Engine Control Module Bracket Replacement
Loosen the adjuster bolt (1).
- Remove the linkage end fitting (2) from the transmission lever ball stud (3).
- Ensure the linkage end fitting (2) can freely slide on rod (4).
- Reinstall the end fitting (2) over the transmission lever ball stud (3).
- Tighten the adjuster bolt (1) to 4.7 N.m (42 lb/in).
- Install the engine control module bracket. Engine Control Module Bracket Replacement
- Perform the Transmission Range Control Module Range Motor Position Learn (with MHG) procedure,
- Perform Transmission Adaptive Values Learn. Transmission Adaptive Values Learn
