Installation Procedure
Power Brake Booster Seal (1) - Install
Power Brake Booster (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Power Brake Booster Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] 19 N.m (14 lb-ft)
Brake Pedal Retainer (1) - Install NEW
- NOTE:
Some components not shown for graphic clarity.
Brake Pedal (1) - Connect
- Ensure the power brake booster pushrod is fully seated in the brake pedal retainer.
Range Selector Actuator (2) - Install - Range Selector Actuator Replacement (Terrain)
Electronic Brake Control Module with Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (1) - Install - Electronic Brake Control Module with Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Replacement

Brake Master Cylinder (1) - Install - Brake Master Cylinder Replacement
- NOTE:
A small amount of denatured alcohol may be used as a lubricant for assembly.
Power Brake Booster Vacuum Sensor (1) - Install
Power Brake Booster Vacuum Sensor Electrical Connector (1) - Connect
Brake Pedal Position Sensor (1) - Install - Brake Pedal Position Sensor Replacement
