Removal Procedure
WARNING:
Refer to Brake Fluid Irritant Warning .
CAUTION:
Refer to Brake Fluid Effects on Paint and Electrical Components Caution .
Brake Fluid Level Indicator Switch Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect
Radiator Surge Tank (1) - Remove - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LYX without KL9) , or Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LTG LYX with KL9)
- Remove and properly dispose of the brake fluid in the master cylinder reservoir.
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Pipe Fitting (1) - Disconnect
- Cap the pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Primary Pipe Fitting (1) - Disconnect
- Cap the pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
Master Cylinder Nut (1) - Remove [ 2x ]
Master Cylinder (1) - Remove
