Installation Procedure

- NOTE:
The mode valve position switch magnet is not replaceable. If the magnet must be replaced, the control valve body assembly will need to be replaced.
Install the mode valve position switch magnet (3) to the control valve body assembly.
- Install the mode valve position switch (2) to the control valve body assembly.
- Install and tighten the control valve solenoid body bolt (1) to the control valve body assembly. Control Valve Body Assembly Assemble (Without ETRS) , or Control Valve Body Assembly Assemble (With ETRS)
Install the control valve body (1) to the transmission. Control Valve Body Assembly Installation (Without ETRS) , or Control Valve Body Assembly Installation (With ETRS)
Install the control valve body cover (1) to the transmission. Control Valve Body Cover Replacement (LGX) , or Control Valve Body Cover Replacement (LSY)
- Install the engine coolant fan module radiator assembly. Engine Coolant Fan Module Radiator Assembly Removal and Installation (LSY) , or Engine Coolant Fan Module Radiator Assembly Removal and Installation (LGX with V08) , or Engine Coolant Fan Module Radiator Assembly Removal and Installation (LGX without V08)
