Heater and Air Conditioning Remote Control Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  2. Radio Control Assembly Replacement
1 Heater and Air Conditioning Remote Control
NOTE:

When reconnecting the module, the BROWN J2 connector must be connected last. Once all the parts are all in place, check and clear all DTCs in the heater and air conditioning remote control.

Procedure

  1. Un-latch the heater and air conditioning remote control from the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module assembly and maneuver out from behind Instrument panel.
  2. Perform the necessary programming and setup procedure: Control Module References
  3. Clear the DTCs from the heater and air conditioning remote control module.
  4. Perform the actuator calibration procedure. Actuator Recalibration
