Installation Procedure

    Engine Mount(4) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  2. Engine Mount Bolt(1) - Install and tighten [2x] 100N.m (74 lb ft)
    3. CAUTION:

    Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution

  3. Engine Mount Engine Side Bolt(2, 3) - Install NEW
  4. Engine Mount Engine Side Bolt(2) - Tighten
    1. First Pass:35N.m (26 lb ft)
  5. Engine Mount Engine Side Bolt(3) - Tighten
    1. First Pass:35N.m (26 lb ft)
  6. Engine Mount Engine Side Bolt(2, 3) - Tighten
    1. Second Pass:100N.m (74 lb ft)
    2. Final Pass:60 - 75 degrees - EN-45059  Angle Meter

    Engine Mount Brace(2) - Install

  8. Engine Mount Brace Bolt(1) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  9. Engine Support Fixture - Remove - Engine Support Fixture 
  10. Air Cleaner Assembly - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
  11. Intake Manifold Cover - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
