Measuring Cylinder Bore Diameter

Using EN-8087 gauge, measure the cylinder bore diameter 35 mm (1.378 in) down from deck face perpendicular to the crankshaft centerline. Refer to Engine Mechanical Specifications .
- In the cylinder bore diameter is outside the specification the engine block must be replaced.
