Installation Procedure

Camshaft Cover(2) - Install - Camshaft Cover Installation
If replacing the camshaft cover, install the following:
1. Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Valve - Intake - Remove - Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Valve Replacement - Intake
2. Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Valve - Exhaust - Remove - Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Valve Replacement - Exhaust
3. Camshaft Position Sensor - Remove - Camshaft Position Sensor Replacement - Intake
4. Camshaft Position Sensor - Remove - Camshaft Position Sensor Replacement - Exhaust
5. Camshaft Position Actuator Locating Pin Control Valve - Remove - Camshaft Position Actuator Locating Pin Control Valve Replacement
Install the oil level indicator.
Engine Lift Rear Bracket - Install - Engine Lift Rear Bracket Replacement
Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe - Install - Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe Replacement (LYX)Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe Replacement (LTG)

NOTE:
If the PCV valve has been removed from the valve cover, replace the valve and tube assembly (2).

Install the PCV valve tube fastener (1). Tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in)

Engine Wiring Harness Retainer(2) - Install [2x]
Electrical Connector(3) - Connect
Engine Wiring Harness Bolt(1) - Install and tighten9 N.m (80 lb in)
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct@Turbocharger - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement

Reposition the wiring harness (2) then install and tighten the engine wiring harness bolt (1). 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly - Install - Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement
Vacuum Pump Assembly - Install - Vacuum Pump Assembly Replacement
Air Cleaner Assembly - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
