1	Positive Crankcase Ventilation Tube with Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve - Foul Air NOTE: These components have tamper-proof connections and cannot be disassembled. Procedure Assemble a NEW PCV Tube, NEW PCV valve, and NEW PCV Hose fitting. Install the PCV valve to the camshaft cover. The valve is retained by snapping into the camshaft cover.
2	Positive Crankcase Ventilation Tube with Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve - Fresh Air NOTE: These components have tamper-proof connections and cannot be disassembled. The fresh air inlet duct is connected to the PCV Tube with a tamper-proof connection. All components must be replaced once removed. Procedure Assemble a NEW PCV tube with NEW PCV valves and a NEW fresh air inlet duct. Install the PCV valves to the camshaft cover.
3	Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve Bolt [2x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . NOTE: Bolts are tamper-proof. Procedure Using EN-50956 bit, install NEW bolts. Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in) Special Tools EN-50956 Tamper-Proof Drive Bit Equivalent regional tools: Special Tools .

Procedure

Assemble a NEW PCV Tube, NEW PCV valve, and NEW PCV Hose fitting.
Install the PCV valve to the camshaft cover. The valve is retained by snapping into the camshaft cover.

NOTE:

These components have tamper-proof connections and cannot be disassembled. The fresh air inlet duct is connected to the PCV Tube with a tamper-proof connection. All components must be replaced once removed.

Procedure

Assemble a NEW PCV tube with NEW PCV valves and a NEW fresh air inlet duct.
Install the PCV valves to the camshaft cover.

Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve Bolt [2x]

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

NOTE:

Bolts are tamper-proof.

Procedure
Using EN-50956 bit, install NEW bolts.
Tighten
10 N.m (89 lb in)
