Installation Procedure

Install the turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve (1).
- Install the turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve bolt (2) and tighten to 8 N.m (71 lb in).
Install the 3 turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve hoses (1, 3, 7) to the turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve (5).
- Hose Clamp(2, 4, 6) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Connect the turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve wiring harness plug (8) to the turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve (5).
- Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
- Connect the positive crankcase ventilation tube (foul air) to the turbocharger assembly. Positive Crankcase Ventilation Tube Replacement (Fresh Air) , or Positive Crankcase Ventilation Tube Replacement (Foul Air)
- Battery Negative Cable - Connect - Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
- Perform the Intake System Learned Values Reset. Intake System Learned Values Reset
