- Inspect for worn or improper surface finish on the 2 - 6 Clutch Plates (540 - 542)
- Inspect for fatigued 2 - 6 Clutch Piston Apply Plate (540)
- Inspect for plugged, restricted or incorrect orientation of the 2 - 6 Clutch Piston (535) air bleed
