- Engine = Running
- Engine Torque = Greater than 60 Nm (44 lb ft)
- Ignition Voltage = 8 to 32 V
- Throttle Position = Greater than 8%
- Vehicle Speed = Greater than 10 km/h (6 MPH)
Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met
