Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac n Fill) 
1 Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose Clamp [2x]
Procedure 
Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
2 Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose

Procedure

  1. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac n Fill) 
  2. Check the cooling system for leaks.
