Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac n Fill) 
  2. Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
1 Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Clamp [2x]
Procedure 
Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
2 Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose

Procedure

  1. Unclip the radiator surge tank inlet hose from the radiator surge tank.
  2. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac n Fill) 
  3. Check the cooling system for leaks.
