Rear Body Structure Stop Lamp Replacement (GMC)

Preliminary Procedure 
Lower the pickup box endgate.
1 Rear Body Structure Stop Lamp Screw (Qty: 2)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
2 Rear Body Structure Stop Lamp

Procedure

  1. Carefully pull the rear body structure stop lamp straight outward from the panel to release the two outer retainers.
  2. Disconnect the bulb sockets from the rear body structure stop lamp housing.
  3. Compress the spring clip and remove the rear lamp monitor light conductor harness from the rear body structure stop lamp.
