Removal Procedure
- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Replacement
Transmission Wiring Harness Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect
- Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Heat Exchanger Inlet Pipe - Remove - Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Heat Exchanger Inlet Pipe Replacement (LSY)
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe - Remove - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LSY)
- Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Exchanger - Remove - Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Exchanger Replacement (LSY)
- NOTE:
Wiring harness not shown for graphic clarity.
Automatic Transmission Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Remove [2x]
- Engine Wiring Harness Transmission Clip Nut (2) - Remove [2x]
- Remove the transmission wiring harness with bracket (3) and reposition as necessary.
- Remove the transmission fluid cooler pipe bracket (4) and reposition as necessary.
Control Valve Body Cover (3) - Remove - Control Valve Body Cover Removal
