Installation Procedure

    Control Valve Body Cover (3) - Install - Control Valve Body Cover Installation

  2. Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Exchanger - Install - Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Exchanger Replacement (LSY)
  3. Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LSY)
  4. Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Heat Exchanger Inlet Pipe - Install - Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Heat Exchanger Inlet Pipe Replacement (LSY)

    Transmission Wiring Harness Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

    NOTE:

    Wiring harness not shown for graphic clarity.

    Position the transmission fluid cooler pipe bracket (4) as necessary.

  7. Position the transmission wiring harness with bracket (3) as necessary.
  8. Engine Wiring Harness Transmission Clip Nut (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  9. Automatic Transmission Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Install [2x]
  10. Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube - Install - Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Replacement
  11. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  12. Fill the transmission to the proper level with NEW transmission fluid.
