Removal Procedure

    Drive Sprocket Thrust Washer (1) - Remove

  2. Drive Sprocket Thrust Washer (2) - Remove
  3. NOTE:

    The driven sprocket (3) ball bearing inner race has a slight interference fit with the case. Pull straight up to ease removal.

  4. Remove the driven sprocket (3), drive sprocket (5), and drive link (4) as an assembly.
  5. NOTE:

    The driven sprocket (3) bearing may be stuck to the driven sprocket.

  6. Driven Sprocket Bearing (6) - Remove

    Park Gear (1) - Remove

  8. Output Sun Gear Thrust Bearing (2) - Remove
  9. Output Carrier Transfer Drive Gear Hub (3) - Remove
  10. Output Sun Gear Thrust Bearing (4) - Remove

    Front Differential Carrier Baffle Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  12. Front Differential Carrier Baffle (2) - Remove
  13. Drive Link Lubricant Scoop (3) - Remove
  14. Drive Link Lubricant Fluid Seal (4) - Remove
  15. Park Pawl Shaft (5) - Remove
  16. Park Pawl (6) - Remove
  17. Park Pawl Spring (7) - Remove
