Installation Procedure

- NOTE:
3-8 clutch piston orifice must be face up and aligned in the case indicated by arrow.
3-8 Clutch Piston (1) - Install
- 3-8 Clutch Spring (2) - Install
- Setup the following tools:
- DT-48056 Spring Compressor Bridge (3)
- DT-47797 Spring installer (4)
- 2 suitable metric bolts (5)
- 3-8 Clutch Spring Retaining Ring (6) - Install
- 3-8 Clutch Apply Ring (7) - Install
NOTE:
Ensure 3-8 clutch spring is centered and tab is aligned in the case indicated by arrow.
NOTE:
Ensure the 3-8 clutch spring retaining ring is engaged fully.
