Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LCV, LGX) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716 LCV, LGX) 
1 Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose Clamp [2x]
Procedure 
Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
2 Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose

Procedure

  1. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LCV, LGX) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716 LCV, LGX) 
  2. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
