Removal Procedure

Instrument Panel Compartment Door (1) - Open
Squeeze the sides of the instrument panel compartment to allow the door to open past the stops.

Release the instrument panel compartment door dampener (1) from the instrument panel compartment door (2).

Instrument Panel Compartment Door (1) - Remove
Use a suitable tool.

Reach inside the opening of the instrument panel compartment and release the instrument panel compartment door dampener (1) from the retainer.
