Preliminary Procedures

  1. Drain the coolant. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) 
  2. Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LGX Radiator Outlet Hose Tee to Engine Oil Cooler) Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LGX Radiator Outlet Hose Tee to Radiator) Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LGX Radiator Outlet Hose Tee to Water Pump Inlet Pipe) Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LGX without V08) 
1 Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Bolt [2x]
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
10 N.m (89 lb in)
2 Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing
3 Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Seal
Install NEW
