Oil Pump Drive Chain Tensioner Removal

Special Tools 

EN-50513  Fixing Pin

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

  1. Tension the oil pump drive chain tensioner (1) in arrow direction.
  2. Install the EN-50513  fixing pin (2).

  3. Remove the oil pump drive chain tensioner bolt (4).
  4. Remove the oil pump drive chain tensioner bolt (2)
    5. NOTE:

    If the oil pump drive chain tensioner is reused, do not remove the EN-50513  fixing pin (3).

  5. Remove the oil pump drive chain tensioner (1).
