Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Replacement (LYX)
    2. Fig 1: Turbocharger Oil Feed Pipe Bolt And Gaskets

  2. Remove the turbocharger oil feed pipe bolt (1).
  3. Remove and DISCARD the 2 turbocharger oil feed pipe gaskets (2).
  4. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
    5. NOTE:

    It is necessary to remove the catalytic converter to gain more space for the turbocharger oil feed pipe removal.

  6. Remove the turbocharger oil feed pipe clip (1).
  7. Remove and DISCARD the turbocharger oil feed pipe retainer (3).
  8. Remove the turbocharger oil feed pipe (2).

    NOTE:

    The turbocharger oil feed pipe fitting is not reusable.

  9. Remove and DISCARD the turbocharger oil feed pipe fitting (2).
  10. Remove and DISCARD the turbocharger oil feed pipe fitting gasket (1).
