Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
  2. Remove Lower Oil Pan - Lower Oil Pan Replacement

  3. Disconnect Electrical Connector (1) @Engine Oil Level Indicator Control Module Wiring Harness

  4. Disconnect Electrical Connector (1) @ Oil Pump Flow Control Solenoid Valve
  5. Remove { If equipped }Wiring Harness Retainer (2)

  6. Remove Wiring Harness Connector Bolt (1)
  7. Remove Engine Oil Level Indicator Control Module Wiring Harness
