Installation Procedure

  1. Apply tension to the drive belt tensioner (1) by rotating counterclockwise and hold tension.
    2. NOTE:

    Navigate the belt (2) past the engine mount bracket (3) and properly install.

  2. Install Drive Belt (2).
  3. Slowly release the tension on the drive belt tensioner.(1)
  4. Inspect the drive belt for proper installation and alignment.
  5. Install Front Wheelhouse Liner-Right Side - Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (Equinox)Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (Terrain)
  6. Lower the vehicle.
