Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the upper oil pan. Refer to Upper Oil Pan Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Crankcase Ventilation Oil Separator Drain Pipe, Fastener, Retainer And Seal

    NOTE:

    Note the position of the retainer (3) for proper installation.

  2. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation oil separator drain pipe fastener (1) then remove the pipe (2).

  3. Remove the oil deflector fasteners (1) then remove the oil deflector (2).
