Conditions for Running the DTC

- DTC P0101, P0102, P0103, P0106, P0107, P0108, P0112, P0113, P0114, P0116, P0117, P0118, P0119, P0128, P0171, P0172, P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304, P0400, P0401, P0402, P0403, P0405, P0406, P042E, P042F, P0462, P0463, P0489, P0490, P049D, P062D, P0502, P0503, P0722, P0723, P0806, P0807, P0808, P140B, P140C, P2227, P2228, P2229, P2230 or P2271 is not set.
- Engine is operating for at least 60 s.
- Time since gear change is at least 3 s.
- Time since torque converter clutch state change greater than 3 s.
- Engine idling for greater than 5 s.
- Ignition voltage is 11 - 32 V.
- Barometric pressure is greater than 70 kPa (10.1 psi).
- Engine coolant temperature (ECT) is between 60 to 120°C (140 - 248°F).
- Intake air temperature (IAT) is greater than -20°C (-4°F).
- Clutch pedal position is less than 12% or greater than 75%, if equipped.
- Scan tool service bay control not active.
- DTC P0506 and P0507 run continuously when the above conditions are met.
