Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Positive Crankcase Ventilation Tube Bolt

  1. Reposition PVC tube.
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install Positive Crankcase Ventilation Tube Bolt (1) - Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose/Pipe/Tube Replacement (Camshaft Cover to Air Inlet)

    NOTE:

    Ensure the outlet duct is fully seated to the mating surfaces before clamping. Verify that the cuff is not rolled under.

  3. Install Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (3).
  4. Install Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (2) and tighten [2x] 3.5 N.m (31 lb in)
  5. Connect Positive Crankcase Ventilation Tube (1) @ Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (3).
  6. Install Intake Manifold Cover - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
