Installation Procedure

  1. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Master Cylinder Reservoir Front Brake Pipe - Install
  2. GM4285118
    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

    Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Master Cylinder Reservoir Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)

  3. GM4285116

    Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Master Cylinder Reservoir Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)

  4. Reposition and install the radiator surge tank. - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LGX with V08)Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LCV)
  5. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure)
