NOTE:
Install a NEW gasket.

Intake Manifold Gasket (1) - Install

Intake Manifold (3) - Move into position
Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Fuel Pressure Sensor - Install - Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Fuel Pressure Sensor Replacement
Intake Manifold (3) - Install
Upper Intake Manifold Bolt (2) - Loosely install (Qty: 5)

Reposition the harness (2) as needed, then install the wiring harness retainers (1).
Raise the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

Lower Intake Manifold Bolt (1) - Loosely install

CAUTION:

Tighten in sequence
Tighten
1. First Pass: 12 N.m (106 lb in)
2. Final Pass: 12 N.m (106 lb in)
Lower the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

Engine Wiring Harness (4) - Reposition
Electrical Connector (1) - Connect
Electrical Connector (2) - Connect
Electrical Connector (3) - Connect
Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose @ Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe - Connect - Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Replacement (LCV)
Throttle Body Assembly - Install - Throttle Body Assembly Replacement
Fuel Feed Front Pipe - Install - Fuel Feed Front Pipe Replacement
Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve - Install - Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve Replacement

Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose (1) - Install - Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose/Pipe/Tube Replacement
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
