Installation Procedure

NOTE:

For ease of installation, all engine mount bolts should be hand started prior to performing final tightening steps.

Engine Mount (2) - Install
Engine Mount Bolt (1) - Install and tighten (Qty: 2) 100 N.m (74 lb ft)

Hand start NEW engine mount to engine mount bracket bolts (1).
With the mount fasteners hand tightened, release the tension from the engine support fixture.
1. Shake the powertrain vigorously by hand to allow the powertrain to settle.
Engine Mount Bolt (1) - Tighten 58 N.m (43 lb ft)

Engine Mount Brace (2) - Install
Engine Mount Brace Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft) (Qty: 2)
Engine Support Fixture - Remove
Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement - Install
Intake Manifold Cover Replacement - Install
