Low-Reverse and 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 Clutch Housing (551)	Inspect for damaged or broken 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 Clutch Piston (552) and piston seals damaged, worn or leaking. Inspect for fatigued or binding 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 Clutch Piston Return Spring (553). Inspect for improper surface finish on 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 Clutch Plates (557 - 559). Refer to Clutch Plate Diagnosis . Inspect for broken or fatigued 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 Clutch Waved Plate (557). Inspect for plugged or restricted Low-Reverse and 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 Clutch Piston Housing (551) air bleed.
Case Assembly (50)	Inspect for leaking or loose fitting Fluid Check Valve (55). Inspect for leaking or damaged 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 and Low-Reverse Clutch Fluid Passage Seals (67).

Inspect for damaged or broken 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 Clutch Piston (552) and piston seals damaged, worn or leaking.
Inspect for fatigued or binding 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 Clutch Piston Return Spring (553).
Inspect for improper surface finish on 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 Clutch Plates (557 - 559). Refer to Clutch Plate Diagnosis .
Inspect for broken or fatigued 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 Clutch Waved Plate (557).
Inspect for plugged or restricted Low-Reverse and 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 Clutch Piston Housing (551) air bleed.
