CAUTION:
When installing a quick-connect turbocharger oil feed pipe, ensure that the oil feed pipe is fully secured into oil the feed pipe fitting. An audible click will be heard when the oil feed pipe is seated. If the oil feed pipe is not fully seated, an oil leak can occur in certain RPM ranges and will cause significant component and vehicle damage. Due to the possibility of significant component and/or vehicle damage from an oil feed pipe leak, it is necessary to start the engine and inspect for signs of leakage around the connections after performing the repair.
CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
NOTE:
Install NEW fitting. It is not reusable Tighten 35 N.m (26 lb ft) |
