Inspection Procedure Oil Pan

- Inspect the oil pan for the following conditions:
- Damage to the brace mounting bosses (1)
- Damage to the engine oil level switch hole (2)
- Damage to the positive crankcase ventilation separator drain bolt hole (3)
- Damage to the high pressure part seal area (4)
- Damage to the engine oil level switch mounting holes (5)
- Gouges or damage to the oil pan sealing surfaces (6)
- Damage to the lower oil pan mounting holes (7)
- Gouges or damage to the lower oil pan sealing surfaces (8)
- Repair or replace the oil pan and/or oil pan components as necessary.
