Oil Pump Timing Chain Procedure
- Preassemble the crankshaft sprocket, oil pump sprocket and the timing chain using the timing marks on the sprockets and the timing chain.
- The timing chain timing mark (4) will align with timing chain timing link (3).
- The timing chain timing mark (6) will align with timing chain timing link (5).
- Install the pre-assembly to the crankshaft first while holding the timing chain to both sprockets.
- Install the oil pump sprocket to the oil pump, verify engagement to the D-flat.
- Install the oil pump sprocket bolt.

Oil Pump Drive Bolt Tighten in sequence
- First Pass: 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
- Final Pass: 110 degrees
