Installation Procedure

  1. Assemble the oil pan as necessary. Oil Pan Assemble (LGX AWD)
  2. Oil Pan Install - Oil Pan Installation (LGX AWD)
    3. Fig 1: Lower Transmission To Engine Bolts

  3. Install the lower transmission to engine bolts. Transmission Replacement (M5N with LGX Engine)
  4. Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket Install - Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket Replacement (LGX)
  5. Engine Mount Bracket - Install - Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Left Side (LGX) , and Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Right Side (LGX - AWD) 
  6. Oil Level Indicator Tube Install - Oil Level Indicator Tube Replacement (LGX)

  7. Engine Oil Level Indicator Switch - Connect the electrical connector.
  8. Engine Wiring Harness Retainer - Connect
  9. Front Differential Carrier Assembly Install - Front Differential Carrier Assembly Replacement
  10. Fill the engine oil to the proper level. Approximate Fluid Capacities , and Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers (LGX)
  11. Start the engine and inspect for leaks.
