Removal Procedure

- Camshaft Timing Chain-Right Side Remove - Camshaft Timing Chain Assembly Replacement - Right Side (LGX)
- Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Noise Shield- Remove - Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Noise Shield Replacement
- Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter @ Bank 1 Remove - Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side (LGX)
- Fuel Pump Remove - Fuel Pump Replacement (LGX)
- Remove the ground wire bolt and ground wire.
- Disconnect and reposition harness as necessary.
- Camshaft-Right Side Remove - Camshaft Removal - Right Side (LGX)
- Camshaft Carrier- Right Side - Remove - Camshaft Carrier Removal - Right Side
- Valve Lifter -Right Side Remove - Valve Lifter Replacement - Right Side (LGX)
- Cylinder Head Bolt - Remove and DISCARD
- Remove and DISCARD the rear M8 right cylinder head bolt.
- Cylinder Head Assembly- Remove
- Cylinder Head Gasket- Remove and DISCARD
- Cylinder Head Clean and inspect - Cylinder Head Cleaning and Inspection
- Engine Block Clean and inspect - Engine Block Cleaning and Inspection
- Disassemble the cylinder head as necessary. Cylinder Head Disassemble (LGX)
