Installation Procedure

- Position the clutch master cylinder to the brake pedal assembly.
- Connect the clutch pipe (2) to the clutch master cylinder.
- Install the clutch pipe retaining clip (1) to the clutch pipe.
- Connect the clutch master cylinder feed hose (2) to the clutch master cylinder.
- Install the clutch master cylinder feed hose retaining clip (1) to the hose.
- Connect the clutch master cylinder to clutch pedal retainer (1) in the clutch pedal.
- Install the clutch master cylinder fasteners (1).
- Install the instrument panel knee bolster. Refer to Instrument Panel Knee Bolster Replacement .
- Install the instrument panel lower trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Replacement .
- Connect the clutch feed hose (2) to the brake master cylinder reservoir.
- Fill the brake master cylinder reservoir (1) with fluid. Refer to Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers .
- Bleed the clutch hydraulic system. Refer to Hydraulic Clutch System Bleeding .
- Check for proper clutch pedal movement and operation.
