2	Shift Shaft Bearing Assembly Procedure Install the DT 49216 bushing remover (3) into the bearing. Install the J 23907-1 slide hammer (4) into the remover. Remove the bearing. Special Tools DT 49216 Bushing Remover J 23907-1 Slide Hammer For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

Procedure

Install the DT 49216 bushing remover (3) into the bearing.
Install the J 23907-1 slide hammer (4) into the remover.
Remove the bearing.
