Installation Procedure

Install the stabilizer shaft insulator (1) onto the stabilizer shaft (2) aligning it with the painted reference mark (3).

Prior to installing the stabilizer shaft insulator clamp, position the stabilizer shaft (2) and the stabilizer insulator (3) at an angle of 84.6 degrees (1).
Apply a soap and water solution to the outside of the stabilizer shaft insulator to aid in installation of the stabilizer shaft insulator clamp.

NOTE:

Use caution not to change the angle of the stabilizer shaft and the stabilizer shaft insulator when the stabilizer shaft insulator clamp is installed.

Place the stabilizer shaft and the stabilizer shaft insulator clamp into a vice and press them together.
