Installation Procedure

- Inspect the brake pad guide pins and brake pad spring for damage or excessive corrosion and replace, if necessary. Front Disc Brake Mounting and Hardware Inspection
- Disc Brake Pad Spring - Install
- Brake Pad Guide Pin <p01><p01> - Install
- Ensure the brake pad guide pins are fully seated in the brake caliper.
- Brake Caliper Guide Pin - Install
- Brake Caliper Guide Pin Bolt - Install 33 N.m (24 lb ft)
- Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Non V-Series)Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (V-Series October 4th 2015 and Earlier)Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (V-Series October 5th 2015 and Later) - Install
