Installation Procedure

- Install the charge air cooler inlet air tube (2) to the vehicle.
- Connect the charge air cooler inlet air tube (2) to the charge air cooler and engage the retaining clip (1).
- Install the charge air cooler inlet air tube to the turbocharger.
- Raise the vehicle.
- Install the charge air cooler inlet air tube bolts (1) to the charge air cooler inlet air tube (2) and tighten to 10 (89 lb in).
- Install the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Non V-Series)Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (V-Series) .
- Install the engine compartment lower noise shield. Refer to Engine Compartment Lower Noise Shield Replacement .
- Lower the vehicle.
- Install the clamp and connect the charge air cooler inlet air tube to the inlet air hose.
- Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LTG) Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LCV) .
