Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) 
  2. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
  3. Radiator Air Baffle Remove - Radiator Air Baffle Replacement - Left (LF4) 
  4. Radiator Air Baffle Remove - Radiator Air Baffle Replacement - Right (LF4) 
  5. Radiator Air Side Baffle - Left Side Remove - Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Left Side 
  6. Radiator Air Side Baffle - Right Side Remove - Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Right Side

  7. Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose @ Radiator Disconnect - Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LF4) 
  8. Radiator Inlet Hose @ Radiator Disconnect - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LF4) 
  9. Engine Mount Vacuum Filter @ Radiator Disconnect
  10. Electrical Connector - Disconnect
  11. Wiring Harness Retainer Disconnect
  12. Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly @ Air Conditioning Condenser Tube Disconnect - Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly Replacement (LF4, LGX)
  13. Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe @ Radiator Disconnect - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LF4 With MG9)Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LF4 With M5U)
