Installation Procedure

- Install a NEW O-ring seal.
- Radiator Outlet Pipe - Install
- Radiator Outlet Pipe Bracket Bolt - Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Connect the engine electrical wiring harness retainers (1).
- Heater Outlet Hose @ Heater Core Connect - Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LF4)
- Heater Inlet Hose @ Heater Core Connect - Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LF4)
- Radiator Outlet Pipe Bracket Bolt - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Radiator Outlet Hose - Connect - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LF4)
- Engine Oil Cooler Adapter - Install - Engine Oil Cooler Adapter Replacement (LF4)
- Starter - Install - Starter Replacement (LF4 - Manual Transmission)Starter Replacement (LF4 - Automatic Transmission)
- Catalytic Converter - Install - Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side (LF4)
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe @ Transmission Connect - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LF4 With MG9)Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LF4 With M5U)
- Engine Mount Bracket-Right Side - Install - Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Right Side (LF4)
- Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Removal and Installation (V-Series)Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Removal and Installation (Non V-Series) Install
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
