Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)

  2. Hose Clamp - Disengage

    GE-47622   Hose Clamp Pliers

  3. Radiator Outlet Hose @ Radiator Remove

  5. Hose Clamp - Disengage

    GE-47622   Hose Clamp Pliers

  6. Radiator Outlet Hose (1) @ Water Pump Inlet Pipe Remove
  7. Remove the radiator outlet hose (1) from the vehicle.
