Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) 
  2. Drain the engine oil. Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement (LGX, RWD)Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement (LGX, AWD)
  3. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LGX) Remove
  4. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LGX) Remove

  5. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Clamp Bracket Nut - Remove
  6. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose - Reposition

  7. Engine Oil Cooler Pipe Retainer - Remove
