Installation Procedure

- Engine Oil Cooler Adapter Assembly - Install
- Engine Oil Cooler Adapter Bolt - Loosely install
- Engine Oil Cooler Adapter Bolt - Install and tighten 100 N.m (74 lb ft)
- Engine Oil Cooler Adapter Bolt - Install and tighten 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
- Engine Oil Cooler Adapter Bolt - Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Hose Clamp - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Engine Oil Cooler Outlet Hose -Connect
- Engine Oil Cooler Pipe Retainer - Install
- Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose -Install
- Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Clamp Bracket Nut -Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LGX) Install
- Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LGX) Install
- Check and correct the engine oil level. Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement (LGX, RWD)Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement (LGX, AWD)
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
