Removal Procedure

- Front Air Deflector - Remove - Front Air Deflector Replacement
- Drain the coolant. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
- Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Bolt - Remove
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe@Engine Coolant Fan Shroud - Unclip
- Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.

- Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct - Remove - Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement (LF4)
- Air Cleaner Assembly - Remove - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LF4)
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Push Pin @ Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Remove
- Engine Mount Vacuum Filter @ Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Unclip - Engine Mount Vacuum Filter Replacement
- Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Bolt - Remove
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe @ Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Unclip
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe @ Radiator Assembly Remove - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LF4 With MG9)
- Radiator Outlet Hose @ Radiator Assembly Remove - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LF4)
- Radiator Inlet Hose @ Radiator Assembly Remove - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LF4)
- Engine Coolant Fan Shroud @ Radiator Assembly Remove
