Installation Procedure

- Engine Coolant Fan Shroud @ Radiator Assembly Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose @ Radiator Assembly Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LF4)
- Radiator Outlet Hose @ Radiator Assembly Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LF4)
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe @ Radiator Assembly Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LF4 With MG9)
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe - Secure
- Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Bolt @ Radiator Assembly Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Engine Mount Vacuum Filter @ Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Secure - Engine Mount Vacuum Filter Replacement
- Push Pin @ Radiator Assembly Install
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Air Cleaner Assembly - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (LF4)
- Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement (LF4)
- Front Compartment Front Sight Shield - Install - Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (Sedan)Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (Coupe)Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement (ATS-V)
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Base)Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (V-Series)
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe @ Engine Coolant Fan Shroud - Secure
- Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Bolt @ Radiator Assembly Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Front Air Deflector - Install - Front Air Deflector Replacement
- Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
- Fill and inspect the transmission fluid level.
- Start the engine and inspect for leaks.
